Meet the founder

Tom Irving
Former two sport college athlete, turned professional scout, Tom has lived the scholarship journey and is now dedicated to supporting yours. With over a decade of experience in coaching and leadership roles within the football and fitness industry. Tom has previously worked as a recruitment analyst with professional football clubs in Scotland, Luxembourg and Malta.

Currently working with Finnish Veikkausliiga club SJK, Tom assists in the recruitment of the best young talent from across the world, at a club that focuses on both finding and developing players under the age of 21 that will fit seamlessly into the SJK style of play. Tom’s experience in the professional game provides you with a professional, detail-oriented service that mirrors the standards used by elite clubs – including data-driven scouting, positional profiling, and and assessing how a player’s attributes and style will fit into your team’s system and long-term plan.
